Well hello! My name is Susan Lancaster and I am a remedial, therapeutic massage therapist with a beautiful therapy room located in the stunning building at 25 Palmerston Place. I work therapeutically with the body using massage, reflexology along with a raft of complementary tools. I’ve dedicated many (many!) years to learning and refining my craft, which gives you a knowledgeable, informed and experienced massage therapist. Currently studying an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling, which is honing my knowledge more, deepening an understanding of how we weave and wear discomfort, translating how this can be softened and soothed through bodywork (even if that remedial work is fostering a space for a deeply relaxing, nurturing experience).
In addition to my bodywork aeons of experience, I am also an avid astrologer, refining and developing my craft, which has seen the bringing together of my two loves to create a new service offering of Astrology Informed Massage. What on earth is that, you say? In simple terms, it involves an analysis of your natal chart and current planetary influences, and translating this into a remedial bodywork plan for you.
